This year, we are pleased to announce the inaugural Hotel Owner Management Summit (HOMS) that will be co-located at the Hospitality Law Conference (HLC) on February 11, 2013. The HOMS features three tracks that include the New Hotel Development, Management Agreements, and Hotel Investments Boot Camp. With new hotel development on the rise again, this is a great opportunity for owners, brokers, developers, management companies, lenders, receivers, asset managers, and attorneys to converge and discuss the latest trends and best practices.
